The Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter is hosting a 4-hour hands-on workshop where you'll build real deliverables, not watch slide decks. This course will cover:

— Prompting frameworks built for CRE workflows, not generic business tasks
— Market analysis using Perplexity, NotebookLM, DeepResearch, and more
— Financial modeling and dashboard summaries with AI-assisted techniques
— Property marketing assets: flyers, video scripts, and investor presentations

Every section includes a live exercise. You leave with something you actually built.
