Alexis Ryland
Executive Director
Marshall Foundation

Alexis Ryland is the Executive Director of The Marshall Foundation, where Main Gate Square's retail leases fund grants and scholarships that support educational opportunities and community initiatives across Southern Arizona. Since assuming the role in 2025, she has led the Foundation's real estate strategy, philanthropic investments, and community partnerships.
A graduate of Penn State University, Alexis began her career in hospitality and office brokerage before joining Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2022. She managed the Foundation's commercial real estate portfolio before transitioning to lead the organization, bringing a unique perspective on the connection between economic vitality and community impact.
Alexis currently serves on the Board of Directors for CREW Tucson and Canyon del Oro Little League and is a member of the Park Tucson Commission. She is also a recent graduate of the Greater Tucson Leadership's Lead Tucson Class of 2026 and participates in The Chamber of Southern Arizona's Emerging Leaders program.


Josh Wright
Chief Facilities and Planning Officer
The University of Arizona

Josh Wright serves as Chief Facilities and Planning Officer for The University of Arizona, with statewide responsibility for design, construction and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure; campus planning; real estate; sustainability programs; environmental health and safety; space management; student unions; and UA Tech Parks. He previously served as City Manager and Assistant City Manager for the City of Chandler, Town Manager for the Town of Wickenburg, and in various leadership roles for the Town of Marana. An Arizona native, he holds bachelor’s degrees and an MPA from The University of Arizona.

Natalie Furrier
Retail Properties
Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR
Natalie Furrier is a native Tucsonan who grew up at the intersection of the retail and real estate industries. She brings a unique perspective to a deep bench of retail expertise at Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and provides site and location advisory services for all parties in commercial retail transactions. Natalie represents the third generation of locally owned Western tire stores and affiliated business’, giving her access to a retailer’s perspective, from the customer experience to the critical income and expense conversations.
At C&W | PICOR, she works closely with her father, Greg Furrier, a company principal and long-time market leader in Tucson retail brokerage. Natalie is an avid community coach and volunteer who loves outdoor sports. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management with a Finance degree.

Walk-ins will be admitted after 12:00 PM, space permitting, with an additional $10 charge.
